About the CCEC Center

The Capital City Event Center is a one of a kind and unique place to hold your special event. We have a space for every occasion with plenty of FREE parking, access to all the best hotels and major corridors.

Located in Central Austin and ten minutes from downtown, our Monarch auditorium is perfect for public and private events such as corporate meetings, lectures, seminar, banquets and receptions, fundraisers, concerts, TV/Film production, film screening and art premiers and much more.

The CCEC Center specializes in groups of 40 and more with one stop package events for receptions/weddings and private parties.  For smaller events we recommend the Taj Palace, which offers a variety of catering options ranging from vegetarian, Italian, Tex-Mex, American and Indian dishes.
